Missing Items

Refunds will not be issued for:
Used or opened products
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
A reliable courier service with tracking must be used
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailability
Refusal to accept the order
The shipment will be returned, and forward and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Opened, used, or customer-damaged products
Items marked as non-returnable
Personal care, hygiene products, and certain electronics
Products purchased during sales, with discounts, or via promo codes
