  • Unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the issue from start to finish

Missing Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours

  • Unboxing video must clearly show package contents

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Product is verified as damaged or defective

  • Item is missing and cannot be fulfilled again

  • Product is unused and in original condition

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • A reliable courier service with tracking must be used

5. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

The shipment will be returned, and forward and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

9. Why Cash on Delivery (COD) is Not Available
