Shipping Policy

At ClickTapGhar, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. This policy outlines how order processing, shipping, and delivery are handled.

Product Description & Color Policy

Many of our products are available in multiple colors.

  • Color is assigned randomly based on stock availability at the time of dispatch

  • Customers cannot select a specific color while placing or confirming the order

  • Product images are for reference only and may not reflect all available variants

If color selection is important, we recommend not placing the order.

Order Placement & Dispatch

  • Orders can be placed 7 days a week

  • Dispatch operations run from Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Orders placed after 5 PM may be processed on the next working day

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Remote locations: may take up to 15 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order details and delivery location

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or via coupon codes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via Email or WhatsApp after dispatch

  • If not received within 48 hours, please contact support

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

The shipment may be returned, and forward and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

We work with trusted courier partners such as:

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

Upon Delivery (Important)

  • Please inspect the parcel before accepting it

  • If damaged, refuse delivery or mark it as “Damaged”

  • Report the issue within 24 hours

Bank & Public Holidays

Dispatch and delivery may not operate on national or bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Delays & Transit Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics disruptions

  • Courier partner delays

In such cases, we will assist in coordinating with the courier, but delivery timelines remain subject to external factors.
